Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspirations are Finneas and Taylor Swift. Finneas’ ability to make music out of ordinary objects is remarkable, and his production versatility is just incredible to note as both a performer and a producer. Taylor Swift’s penmanship is truly what makes her stand out. I strive to create stories with my songs as she does, pulling the listener in far past just the sound.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would guarantee my music reaches a much wider audience than it does now, having the ability to connect with so many other people. Music has the ability to save and transform lives and it is my dream to do that for others.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would help pay for my college tuition with $50,000, as well as help me work with others in the industry. Few people outside the music business know how much it costs to create and promote a quality song, so that is what some of the money would go toward.
