Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration and songwriting comes from real life situations. Everything from my children to my own mental health issues . Things I’ve witnessed in others lives first hand. From romance to break up’s, I’ve seen a lot. So, I write, and save these memories to share with others in hopes that it affects someone else in a positive way .
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival, would not just impact my career by changing my direction to songwriting and talent vs being crew/roadie, but it would change my life and allow me to focus more on what’s important rather than chasing dollars. I’m part of a global community in which I feel a difference can be made in many others lives through music . By being allowed to share life’s simplicity and experiences through music is a rare gift deserving attention, as well as,
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000 I could do a few things. First of all it would relieve the stress of living check to check . On top of that I would immediately sign up for a certification class in “The Business Of Entertainment” through NYU. Helping achieve a better education to both finally record and promote a lifetime of songwriting , but also the training of the process from concept to tour and beyond. Skills I need both as an artist , as well as, a growing member of our international Industry.
