Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Everyday since I can remember I wake up and hear music. It’s in the shuffle of cars on the street. The song of birds or the passing rhythms of voices and patterns of wind through tunnels and trees. Music has granted me the greatest gifts of friendship and has allowed me to perceive a world beyond what is. It has saved me and always will.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a massive moment for myself and the musicians that would join me on stage.
What would you do with $50,000?
Buy my brother and sister in law a decent used car. Record a new album. Give to charity.
