Jefe brujo

Music saved my life, and I hope I can save someone else’s. I wrote a goth rock opera inspired by Dracula for my Master’s thesis in music.

Q&A

Who or what is your musical inspiration?

Michael Jackson, The Who, Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd, Rob Zombie, Screamin Jay Hawkins, and classical music… the list goes on and on! I suppose a common thread is music that defies expectations.

How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?

It could really be my big break. I’m confident that there is an audience for my music, and this is the opportunity for them to hear me. I’m hoping that this would inspire others to pursue musical dreams as well.

What would you do with $50,000?

I would put it towards my live show and employing other musicians. I’m especially interested in building a theatric experience for the listener.
