Who or what is your musical inspiration?
From a myriad of players and composers to legends in literature and art, my biggest musical inspiration is my grandmother, the person who suggested I begin my musical playing endeavors. Without her, I wouldn't be playing music 24/7. Other than that, the opportunities of life are extremely inspirational to me. We're not always afforded tomorrow, so we use that time to the best of our ability. That ideology is extremely impactful for me.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would hugely impact my career! For me, the most influential and exciting thing about performing would be the opportunity and experience to perform with my group and I in front of a massive energetic crowd. Music speaks volume. I hope to be the voice to spread that music.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 is a lot of money! So, what would I do with it? As a musician, life is pretty cool. Not always financially amazing, but always full of excitement. Thus, I'd give at least half of that money to a well-deserving charity. And maybe spare a couple bucks to buy gas for my car to get to the next gig. In all honesty, all I really need is my guitar.
